Meet Our Founder
Benjamin Adeneye brings over two decades of experience across commercial banking, structured finance, corporate finance and financial advisory.
Prior to founding 3G & Capital, he held senior leadership roles within leading financial institutions including Stanbic IBTC Bank, Fidelity Bank and Primewealth Capital, where he led complex financing transactions, capital raising initiatives and structured finance engagements across multiple sectors.
His experience spans debt and equity transactions, trade finance, private equity, business restructuring and strategic financial advisory.
